We’ve always had a strong, experienced staff and therefore thought we didn’t need the Knowing Dogs program. After having trained our staff with Knowing Dogs, my only wish was that we had done this from day one. We went from relying on the abilities of one or two key people to having an entire staff capable of appropriately managing the dogs and maintaining safe play groups. Knowing dogs has also given our staff a common language to speak enhancing the communication throughout our entire facility. Training our staff with Knowing Dogs has led to safer play groups, happier dogs, and less miscommunication. We can’t thank you enough!Jeff YablonovitzCanine Retreat | Owner
I am so excited to have received the certification for the CPACP. I could not have done this without the resources I have purchased from the Dog Gurus. The Knowing Dogs 101 and 102 were very valuable resources to me. I am feeling very confident that I am being provided with education of the highest integrity. I will soon being to study for the CPACM.Mary HansenK9 Club | General Manager
We are SO THANKFUL that you and Susan educated us on off leash play, as well as dog communication in general. It really has raised the bar and brought our game to a whole different level. You have probably saved us thousands of dollars in potential issues as well as ensured that dogs in our care are getting even better vacations! You’ll always be number one to us!Al BowmanCinder Hills Kennels | Owner
Hi All. I own Camp K9 Pet Care Center in Madison, WI. This August we will have our 30 year anniversary. Our managers and most of our senior staff have completed both the 101 and 201 Knowing Dogs. It’s been such a great tool to have to train new staff. We have new staff complete the course on their own by either coming in before or after their shift. Once they have completed 101 they get a special shirt signifying they have completed that course. After completing the 201 successfully, they get a .25 raise. It’s a great incentive and also a thank you to them for taking the time and interest in increasing their knowledge of dog language. Thank you for such a great tool for training staff!Lori CampbellCamp K9 Pet Care Center | Owner
